Redwood Temperance We enjoyed our stay at Redwood. We would still be there had my husband’s commute to work hadn’t changed. Excellent staff Ricki was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fast and reliable. Quiet , well kept environment. A good place to call home. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable and quiet We lived at Redwood for 7 1/2 months during the time we were building our home. It was very comfortable during that time and we always felt safe.. The apartment was very comfortable and we were on an end unit and loved having the extra window in the living room. Would definitely recommend this facility for either a short or long term period.

Redwood Temperance is VERY Comfortable & GREAT location to live. We have been with Redwood for about Nine Years.
Three years in Perrysburg and FIRST couple to move in Temperance, Mi. when It first opened . LOVE IT!
Our new office lady is EXCELLENT and Our Maintence Man, Chad are Very Helpful and Kind.

What a great place to live! We moved from Scoff AFB in Illinois and needed a clean, safe quiet neighborhood for our kids. This complex was just that. All the neighbors were friendly. The staff is really awesome and went above and beyond getting us into the perfect home. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you bainbridge for such an enjoyable year!
