March 29, 2025Comfortable and quiet We lived at Redwood for 7 1/2 months during the time we were building our home. It was very comfortable during that time and we always felt safe.. The apartment was very comfortable and we were on an end unit and loved having the extra window in the living room. August 30, 2018What a great place to live! We moved from Scoff AFB in Illinois and needed a clean, safe quiet neighborhood for our kids. This complex was just that. All the neighbors were friendly. The staff is really awesome and went above and beyond getting us into the perfect home. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. Moving from large home to a much smaller place
June 16, 2018Having lived in a large home for 33 years, we decided to downsize with all children and grandchildren living in other States. It was a concern knowing what we had accumulated over the many years, especially with my many careers. As it turns out, with a determined wife and a lot of trips to Goodwill, we did it Bainbridge Place is perfect - quiet, slow moving vehicles, friendly and professional management, full-time maintenance on-site. To say the management is always there for you is an ...understatement. Because of my careers, I traveled a lot all around the country about 40 weeks a year. I do not do that now which is another reason we are here. I can honestly say that other than the immediate next door neighbors where we lived for 33 years, we knew none of the other neighbors. Since moving here, in three weeks, we have made friends with over 20 of our neighbors.
