Cute apartments, good management
February 27, 2023I've lived in one of the one-bedroom apartments for almost a year, and highly recommend the place. The apartments are nice, and the management is very receptive--all maintenance requests have been fulfilled promptly, and Kaveh, the apartment manager is easy to reach and quick to respond. My only criticism would be that the kitchens are rather small, and don't come with (or really have space for) a dishwasher and microwave. Redwood Apartments are wonderful
January 14, 2021Me and my partner moved here recently and we have been extremely happy with our decision to move here. The apartment is super clean, well lit, and quiet. You can tell the property manager really cares about the property and he makes sure the residents having everything they need. Throughout multiple years of living here, management has been responsive and courteous with all of our requests, and they have made on-going improvements throughout the property. Highly recommend RTA!
January 17, 2021RTA is a lovely apartment complex. Kaveh, the complex manager is super responsive and accessible. The grounds are well kept and quiet. My 1b1b apartment is very spacious and is more than enough space for 2 people to live comfortably. Due to the pandemic, it is so convenient that the apartment has built in desk areas to make working/studying from home easier!
