March 9, 202510/10 The best way to do apartment living The set-up feels like a private residence with a yard and patio; its awesome. Most well-run housing company I've ever used. The staff (especially Cara) is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The maintenance guy Sam is wonderful and very reliable. They really thought through every step of the process throughout your entire stay with them. The only slight downside that we didn't learn until we moved in is that you cannot ride bicycles, roller-skates, ...skateboards, etc on the roads, but this was manageable. October 1, 2024Nice place to live Redwood Hamilton Way was home for my son and I for 4 yrs. Although they didn’t have amenities, it was a nice place to live. They grounds were well-kept and they kept up with snow removal. Any time I had a maintenance request it was taken care of in no time. September 21, 2024Great! We did a 6 month lease to get us through selling one house and buying another. Great community and quiet! Everyone was very friendly. We had a couple maintenance issues during our time there and they were addressed in a timely manner. We also have a large dog. Such a great community!
January 11, 2017I love working at Woodbury Ridge by Redwood. The Residents are so great! They love having a brand new apartment home that no one else has lived in before. The Residents tell me their favorite features are the attached private garage, being able to walk right in with their groceries, not having anyone else living above or below them, and being able to have a grill on their patio.
