April 9, 2026I’ve been living here for several months now, and unfortunately my experience has sucked. The units themselves are modern and visually appealing. However, the overall experience has been disappointing due to ongoing management issues. There has been frequent turnover in property management, and communication has been inconsistent. Maintenance requests take a long time to be addressed, and even when they are, the fixes are not always properly completed. There seems to be a pattern of delays and ...lack of follow-through. I’ve also found that getting assistance with basic building-related matters can be unnecessarily difficult, with slow response times and little accountability. While the building itself has potential, the lack of effective and reliable management significantly impacts the quality of living here. With many newer rental options available in Winnipeg, I would recommend carefully considering other places before deciding to move in.
