The neighborhood is peaceful and the pool is not bad, but is kind of dirty. The fitness center is poor quality, the TV and AC don't work which makes it a sauna. Overall their customer service is below par. They are hard to get a hold of especially if you try to contact them off hours and when you leave a message they often don't get back to you for days. internet/cable was not working for about 2 months but still had to pay. My AC, fan, and garbage disposal waited about a month to get fixed and the AC still isn't working well. The front gate has not worked except for about 3 days for the entire year. The office doesn't want to answer your calls which makes it hard to cancel your lease or get something fix. I work normal working hours while they're open so I have called 5 times and sent them a message on their website and still no response. In addition they switch the company for their automatic rent payment, gave 4 day warning and I was out of town, by the time I came back they had charged me a late fee.
