Be careful when signing up for specials
July 28, 2025I want to start this review off by saying I enjoy living at reflections, and will be happy to change this review once my issue is resolved. Be careful when signing up for the specials, as I have had multiple issues on the end of reflections. When signing my lease at the end of January, it was advertised I would receive a free month of rent and 6 months free garage. My free month rent was then applied for April instead of February, not communicated to me at the beginning, only for me to not pay ...February rent and receive an eviction notice on my door. I am now being suckered into paying an additional $150 per month for the next 6 months for a garage I haven’t used and would not have signed up for, under the guise of “fair housing”. Again, I like living at reflections. There’s nothing wrong with my apartment, but the admin staff has been frustrating to work with.Property Manager Responded

Horrible experience
May 25, 2025I scheduled a tour during office hours with April for 5/25/25 at 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:23pm and waited until 1pm, but there still wasn’t anyone in the leasing office. I attempted to call and email and April wasn’t present, nor did anyone get back to me. I drove nearly 30 minutes to tour this apartment and never received a tour or a callback apologizing for what happened. There were residents sitting there waiting as wellProperty Manager Responded

May 21, 2025Staff at the office are very responsive and helpful. Maintenance comes for requests usually 2-3 days, depending on urgency of the request. Neighbors are quiet during night time hours, even on weekends. Need a place to move? I recommend Reflections on 92nd.Property Manager Responded
