There are both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments available at Regatta at Lake Lynn Apartments. Our floor plan options include newly renovated apartments with all of the upgrades you'd expect to find in a brand new apartment, sans the price tag. Under water Bad is pretty bad - Back porch and entry have consistently flooded with no resolution for second year in spite of discussion on subject with management. Gutter has consistently overflowed onto back porch for two years with no resolution despite discussion with management. All lip service unless the issue is superficial/trivial. Inspection happened twice rather than once in a single week timeframe with one leaving lights on.

guy that refuses to not smoke stogies in his car in the lot and make the whole place stink. Plenty of parking. Mail staff are good at what they do. Gym is small but reasonably equipped. Near lots of outdoor activities, but anywhere in the RDU area could accomplish that. Middling overall, I could do better but I could probably do worse also.

AC issue I called the same day my AC broke (Saturday) to emergency maintenance 5 times over the course of 24 hours, finally got someone out Sunday afternoon to fix the issue after going a full 24 hours without AC.

Discount on contract renewal I went to the leasing office to ask for a discount on my lease renewal, but they rejected it despite me paying on time. I also asked if they could give a discount for one month like last year, but they declined my request as well. The amount I pay is much higher compared to the area. They should offer a discounted price for tenants who stay current with their monthly payments.

Home!! I have lived here for a few years now. I love the community and all the monthly activities they offer. Like movie night, food trucks and so much more. My neighbors are nice and we look out for each other. The property managers are understanding and welcoming. I see myself living here for more years to come.

These are great apartments in a wonderful area. I have been living here for the past year and I can say the office staff and maintenance are always friendly and quick to respond. The staff organize events, like food trucks, that I always welcome so I can take a break from cooking. :)
