Yo tengo viviendo 5 años ahí, y estoy muy contenta por que es un lugar muy tranquilo con buenos vecinos y el personal administrativo y de mantenimiento siempre están muy atentos.

Since the new management began approximately 10 months ago, special care for the upkeep and maintenance of the complex has been noted. Immediate attention has been given to remedying problems, such as upkeep for the gates and laundry rooms that had been neglected in the past. There's immediate follow-up by management when a problem is reported, not put in the back burner, but finding an immediate solution.
