the is one of the worst buildings I have ever lived in. I have been living here for 10 years so let me tell you. the Hot tub never works. the gym is never clean the hallways smell like smoke. there are too many roaches and rats, you even seen them walking around the building. there is never any parking the people in the pool area are super loud and the nigh clubs have brought alot of crime and homeless so you cannot walk around at night .

It's a great building. Covered parking awesome gym and pool! What's not to like? It could be cheaper.
