March 4, 2026The apartments are listed as luxury but the walls are paper thin. I can literally hear my neighbors above me all the time walking, talking loud, dropping things, and moving around their apartment. I have had a package stolen from the package locker area. The parking garage leaks water in a lot of places every time it rains which over time can cause structural damage to the parking garage. The area mat leading into my section is always soaking wet with rain water. The parking garage should be ...waterproofed immediately. Some residents don't clean up after their pets which is aggravating. I've had a rent increase each year but yet my living experience has been the same. The gym expansion is nice but needs better monitoring, children should not be in the gym unattended. The office is responsive but not proactive enough on a lot of issues, very reactive.Property Manager Responded
