I have lived in Relato since its opening. The apartments and the staff are nice. While generally satisfied with Relato, I must highlight a serious issue with the bicycle storage area. Recently, the bike cage fence was cut, and my locked bicycle was stolen (security lock cut). The leasing office knew about the break-in and theft but failed to notify residents. I must highlight this isn't the first time this has happened without tenant notification. The lack of transparency regarding security ...
breaches in the bike storage is concerning.

I have lived here for 6 months, and I love it. I love going downstairs and the gym is right there. I love the study rooms for when I need to focus or a quiet place to study. I enjoy the courtyard with all the amenities offered like the pool and grill. There is also a coffee machine with hot chocolate and other drinks that I use almost every day. I have already leased for next year here and I can't wait.

The property is beautiful and I love the enclosed courtyard. Amazing amenities and they're always clean and looking good. The complimentary coffee is also a huge perk. Staff is friendly and responds to maintenance requests very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Poor Management/Trash Issue/Plumbing Issues

Here’s the honest review you’re looking for! This place has a serious trash problem and no one is doing anything about it. The trash room is always filled with trash bags and boxes. Trash has been piled in the hallway over 5 days and no one has done anything. It makes the hallway smell gross. Also making the hallway inaccessible for some people. That will eventually attract cockroaches and bugs.
I noticed late Saturday night that there was sewage water pouring out from the light fixture above ...
the shower. Like what? Made a call for emergency maintenance, and no one responded. It’s been 12 hours and not a single person contacted me back. Does anyone work here? This is seriously unacceptable. All that moisture and water will create mold for future residents. Emergency maintenance calls go directly to voicemail and no callbacks.
A nice looking place, but sadly very poorly managed. If you’re thinking about signing with Relato, good luck. There are many newer apartment complexes nearby that I’d suggest you checkout instead.
