ROACHES
May 13, 2023I've lived at Remington Place in Cincinnati, OH for over 10yrs. Just recently there was a decision to up grade the 1980's look of the apartments. I was asked to start paying an additional $242.00 a month. I said that's OK, I kinda liked the 80's. So, my rent didn't go up but now as there renovating the apartments all around mine I'm getting tons of large scary ROACHES. I've never lived with ROACHES. They are horrible. They make hissing sounds at night. Just know that you may be paying a ...lot of $ and living with ROACHES.Have good day and please be Safe.Property Manager Responded

Worst experience ever
July 30, 2016That place was awful. I could not wait until my lease was over so I could move. The move to Remington Place was temporary while I was building my house. The grounds are littered with trash. There was a foul odor that lingered in my hallway from another residents apartment. Another Neighbor was overheard frequently beating his girlfriend and screaming at the top of his lungs. The outlets in my apartment never held a plug. If i stayed in the shower for longer than a few minutes the hallway smoke ...detector would go off. You could tell the apartment waa not cleaned before i moved in. The previous tenant left items all in the cabinets. The carpets were clogged with pet fur, walls caked with dirt, and the hard floor was sticky. Some days I would come home to a note left In my apartment that maintenence had been inside however without notice given or asking my permission. What's sad is when you complain they look at you like you were crazy. I would never recommend that place to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015My apartment is spacious for my family and I. There is a playground and swimming pool right out our front door. The staff at the front office is really nice and treats you like family!! I definitely recommend everyone looking to move to check this place out!Review from Apartments.com
