And you'll get mass emails nearly every day wagging a finger at everyone about someone making noise or having dogs off the leash. Management came off as disorganized and uncharitable, transparently valuing profit over the comfort and happiness of their tenants. An altogether annoying experience that I guess you could make work if the price is right and you're not bothered by any of the things I've mentioned here.
