August 14, 2020These apts are very spacious and clean. The tenants are friendly . There is a large beautiful area to walk your dogs. The pool is always very clean. I had little or no hassle moving in and the apt. Managers Sabrina and Melissa have been awsome.Review from Apartments.com
Finally a RELAXING home!
August 8, 2020Great management team and very quick on getting maintenance requests completed timely! I absolutely love this complex, the landscape here is beautiful and kept up. It feels like a nice walk in the park here. The fitness center takes the cake too, they have free weights, weighted medicine balls, leg press machine, lat pull down, leg extension, cardio equipment and so much more! Gross Area with high drug traffic
November 13, 2019Management does not do a good job of maintaining the complex, considering there are homeless people walking through everyday looking for garbage, harassing tenets, etc. Also your car will get broken into here and management will do nothingReview from Apartments.com
Over priced
July 10, 2018Over priced for what is offered. Pros: On site amenities are nice and maintained; pool, gym, washing-machines, covered car ports. Access to high speed internet and cable. Quick access to the highway. And the units are professionally cleaned before any tenant moves in. Cons: Units are poorly insulated for both noise and temperature. I can constantly hear whats going on in apartments around me. Its across the street from a firehouse, and down the street from a hospital which is reassuring for ...safety but it is dam noisy at 2 am hearing the sirens. It's too hot in the summer because of poor circulation of air between the floors and in the attic. The AC units are at least 15 years old and constantly breaking down. Rent has been steadily going up every year since new management took over. Won't stay another year if it goes up again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
No bueno!
September 6, 2017I've had my car broken into twice and stolen once. On and off security patrol. Parking maybe difficult and inconvenient after 4pm. New washing machines are already breaking down. They also stain clothing, especially whites. The machine that adds funds to your laundry card is constantly out of order. Can't wait to move out.Review from Apartments.com
