May 26, 2023This property has great features both inside and outside the complex. An elevator makes it easy to travel between floors. The entrance to the complex has a beautiful fountain. My one bedroom apartment was nicely painted and maintained. The unit came with hardwood floors, balcony with utility closet, and dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom is big enough for a queen a king might be pushing it. Overall the complex is quiet and each staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. May 19, 2023While Alfonso and Cynda are great people, the overall experience is very poor, cheap materials used for renovation, cheap services, low quality of everything, extremely annoying camera security system speaking warnings like it's a prison camp, awful, last year many new residents with no ability to respect "no peeing in courtyard" signs, now everything stinks around the corners... while rent is going up for no reason... don't consider this place.Property Manager Responded
