It's a good apartment close to downtown. All shops , schools are accessible by walk, metro and bus stops also near by for public transportation. Management is also friendly and reachable.

This community has a lot of things for a great price. I saw these apartments and immediately had to get on it because you aren’t going to find these amenities or style of apartments for any cheaper anywhere in this city.

I love this place! The amenities are pretty cool, parking is included and the staff is super nice! Nice spacious floor plans, nice kitchens and a patio/balcony too?! Can’t get a better price for this anywhere else in Long Beach.

This property has great features both inside and outside the complex. An elevator makes it easy to travel between floors. The entrance to the complex has a beautiful fountain. My one bedroom apartment was nicely painted and maintained. The unit came with hardwood floors, balcony with utility closet, and dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom is big enough for a queen a king might be pushing it. Overall the complex is quiet and each staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad to be ...
