I’ve lived here for over 10 years and I love it! The apartments are well appointed, spacious and close to Tech. The grounds and amenities are lovely. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s really a great place to live!

Good complex itself. I was a medical student at Texas Tech and liked that it was close to the hospital. However, the front desk staff and poor customer service make the apartment undesirable. I was charged an two extra months rent even though I had told the front desk staff that I did not want to renew my lease and was moving out due to graduation. However since they had informed me of the wrong procedures for move out, I was penalized. I noticed over the four years I lived there that the ...
associates are very rude, and aren’t able to correctly answer questions about the property etc. They will give you different answers each time. There were extra fees at the end of my lease which I was never told about prior. Enjoyed my time living there but the unfriendly front desk staff and surprise expenses at the end were not worth it! A little kindness and respect goes a long way

The apartment is very close to TTUHSC, shops, and restaurants. Peaceful living for the most part (no rowdy undergrads). Management is nice. Overall, great place for graduate students! The only downsides are the large flock of messy pigeons and (hopefully temporary) construction across the street.

So, looks great & as long as you have a perfect apartment all is good bc maintenance is useless, the hot water lasts for 5 minutes, water pressure is a joke, don’t even think of decorating the patio, the garages fall apart all the time, the refrigerators don’t stay cold or always hum, the washers can’t handle more than 3 towels or will get out of balance, maintenance comes into your apartment whenever they feel like it, the windows allow water to come in when it rains, if you live on the ground ...
floor you will hear the upstairs people every second of every day, the gates literally only work on occasion & you can only use the front one, only 2 people allowed in the pool, what more can I say? You bring anything up to management & they ignore you & nothing gets repaired. My lease is up in June & I can’t wait.

The property itself is great. I love the space and the amenities they offer. I just moved here last year and i have little to no complaints.
I will say that the way the mailing and packages are can be confusing at time but overall a great place to live. This place is safe and has a great sense of community

I’ve stayed in numerous apartments in west Texas, and this is by far the best one. We haven’t had any issues here, management is great, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. They allow pets and have a great grounds team that makes sure the apartments are always clean regarding pet waste. The pool area is so beautiful in the summertime. We love it here!
