Great Management, Fair Priced Rent
March 13, 2023I have lived here for over three years now and really like this place. Management is quick to respond to issues and is very relaxed. It’s nice not having a property manager who is in your business all the time. The maintenance guys are all great. They’re in the process of installing washer/dryers in all units so they’re redoing all the flooring and putting in a new bathtub as well. The apartments are pretty well sound proofed. I never hear my next door neighbors unless I’m in the hallway. I can ...hear a bit of movement from my upstairs neighbor but it’s nothing major or bothersome, just occasional footsteps. The apartments are actually fairly spacious with a decent amount of closet space. The garage is pretty big and can comfortably park SUVs without issue with some storage space at the back to spare. Only downside of the garage is that it’s nowhere near your apartment. I’ve lived in two separate apartments here and both had a bit of a walk to access the garage for both. I’ve used the lot parking pretty much constantly and never had any issues though with anyone hitting or damaging my car. They’re on top of plowing the snow here, which is a nice plus. Rent has remained very fair. Only saw mild increases of $10-30 a month. I would say that it’s worth the price. This place is quiet, safe and comfortable. I will likely live here until I save up to buy a house.Property Manager Responded
