Best apartment ever!

We stayed at E18 and D14 and never had any issues. Maintenance is so quick to come fix anything. Staff is always a call away. 100% recommend again. We had to move since we bought a house but always recommend people to go to Harpers Reserve! Thank you guys!!!

We have been here for a little over a year and I can’t begin to explain how happy we are! Apartments are upgraded, landscaping is well maintained, and pool is exquisite! Maintenance staff, led by Jim is on top of everything. With all that being said, The Office staff is like family. The manager, Valerie is so nice and great to work with. Most of all the 3 Musketeers (lol) Raven, Lindsey, and Tristan are the nicest most hardworking people you could ever meet!!! Needless to say I will be renewing ...

I had until the end of the day on Dec. 21 to have access to my apt. I was out on the 20th, good thing. I went to finish cleaning and take pictures to protect myself from wrong. As I said, needed in to finish cleaning, take pics and leave keys, unfortunately I could not access the apartment as my locks were changed a day early. If you choose to rent here, do not trust the ladies, in the office, with your back turned. As long as you are facing them, they will smile in your face, if they even smile ...
but I would back out of the office when leaving. The property has gone downhill in the 3 years I was there. There has not been a single improvement in that timeframe. There is so much rotten wood covered with new paint. New paint on stairs even though they are crumbling. There is dog crap everywhere and not to mention the 2 shootings. The front gates rarely close. But if you like it, enjoy!

I moved here with my family 2 years ago, this month. We have been very happy here at Harper's Point! The office staff are such a fabulous group of people, and they make everyone feel so welcome.
I've never lived anywhere this pet friendly, it really warms my heart. Anyone who loves their pets knows that they ARE our family too... So, the amount of love and generosity given to our fur babies means a lot to me. Not to mention the treats and the gifts that they have for them in the office!

his maintenance crew are top notch and go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of efficiently in and around the complex. I'm pretty sure my dog wants to join Jim and the crew. Lol
When I'm walking around, I feel safe here. To me, that's a big deal.

I have lived here for 1 year and my dog and I feel at home. It’s a family oriented place and it’s very safe! Beautiful landscaping and the pool is awesome!!!! My favorite is the office staff Valerie Lindsey and Raven and now also Tristan!!! They are fantastic! So nice and caring. Maintenance is always on top of everything and Jim makes sure it’s done with care! I recommend moving here!!!!!

The grounds are kept clean and I always feel safe walking around the complex. The maintenance and front office staff are always so friendly and helpful, and I love the events they put on! From shaved ice in the summers to their 12 days of giveaways in the winter, it always made it feel like I was a part of a little community! You also can’t beat the location, the apartments ...
are so close to everything you could possibly need. My 1 bedroom apartment had nice vinyl floors, up-to-date counters and lighting, and huge windows. The screened in porch was lovely to sit out and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about bugs. I would’ve definitely renewed my lease had I not found a home with my partner, 10/10 would recommend Reserve at Harper’s Point!

I moved here right out of college and have no regrets. When my family visited, they all said “I wish my first apartment was this nice.” My roommate and I love the property and the staff. My only complaint is that the buildings are very old and some things need to be replaced (the windows). But the maintenance crew is very helpful and are at my door with in a couple hours of my call. I love that management does events around the year. They bring in food trucks and have movie nights on the tennis ...
