Excellent experience except for pest issues. Pest control provided service several times but the problem persists and is worse than I’ve experienced in previous apartments.

This is not apartment living but more dormitory style living. The building has little to no noise insolation, so be prepared to hear every step neighbors make, as it sounds like living under an airport terminal.
The security is poor at best, as an example the mailroom was broken into months ago and the broken door is just left as is with no sign to repair it and make the room safe again. Mail can be easily stolen and the whole environment feels unsafe.

I have been without A/c or heat for 3 weeks going on 4. It’s been 80 degrees for the majority of the time in my apartment and I have reached out to the office many time and have documented each time. I have been told repeatedly “I don’t know” or “ I didn’t know” by management and maintenance team. If you plan on moving to this building make sure that the A/c and heat are up to date because this is not ok.

Price is on the higher end for apartments in the Gateway and Arboretum area. Which would be understandable if there were consistent high end amenities, cleanliness, and safety. Unfortunately, vehicle break ins are much too frequent in the gated and covered parking garage. The management refuses to cooperate with the police on such crimes.
