I have lived here with my family for a little over 5 years. I can say with confidence that we will not be renewing our lease next year. It seems they change management about or office staff not exaggerating 3-4 if not more times a year. The current office manager is not very friendly and not really a people person. Kids are constantly running around, doors always slamming, paper thin walls, garbage is all over the outside of the buildings, parking is horrible, nothing gets fixed correctly, ...
graffiti on the hallway that has been reported and not removed and the list goes on. This used to be a super nice place to live. It's just really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Read less

Been living here for more than 6 months. Clean community, reasonably priced, friendly staff, nice neighbors, but the most important thing for me was they are located in a great school district for my kids.

Do NOT rent at this place. They continue to have a pest problem with bed bugs and even after NUMEROUS tenants have broken their lease to get out, they still make the tenant responsible for treatment of the apartment. STAY AWAY!!!!

ive lived in houses for the past 12years... My eldest daughter is off to college so we decided to downsize. That's where The Reserve at Fort Mitchell came in... With its beautiful grounds, quiet atmosphere and pet friendly environment, the transition from home to apartment has been a smooth one. My girls are enjoying the pool and maintenance is prompt if needed. The office staff has been friendly and helpful. #apartmentlife
