Don't do it!!!!!!
December 27, 2025Lived there. Was flooded from sewage under the building. Office staff doesn't care and never answers. They must know who is calling. Lost everything inside my apartment. Moved in and out within 4 months with no compensation. Just don't do it!!!!Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2024First of all, shoutoul to Sholum! She was great of a help. I was stressinh out for the application, moving but they make it so smooth not only by giving me several options but by giving me a $1000 off move in costs when I was moving! Leasing Office is AWFUL
September 9, 2024Leasing office staff are extremely rude. They don’t care if tenants are comfortable or happy in the slightest. They take forever to respond and when they do it’s not helpful. December 2, 2023Went and visited this place as it is a decent price but the manager was very condescending and I could tell I was being lied too so this is a hard pass. I also bumped into a resident while going back to my car and they were nice enough to tell me the truth to not move into this place as they were not going to renew based on lack of upkeep and the staff.Property Manager Responded

First Apartment 2023!
March 18, 2023As a recent college graduate, Seasons on Chelsea was the PERFECT first apartment. The ladies in the office are so professional and fast during the initial move in process. I can tell the property is not perfect but definitely on the up and up! This place has a pool, gym, dog park, and park. Only 10 mins from downtown Cincinatti and is located in a really nice, quiet area. The only cons I notice is the public washers/dryers and all the non-refundable fees. Be sure you are 100% sure about this ...place before applying.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
August 24, 2022I’ve lived here for 10 years now. Been in the 1, 2, and now a 3 bedroom. Staff is nice. Maintenance is good. Property clean. I love the pool and the gym. Clubhouse is a great place to throw my kids a birthday party. Overall great experienceProperty Manager Responded
