January 31, 2026I’ve lived at Reserve at Garden Oaks Apartments for over five years, and I continue to be very pleased with my experience. I’ve transferred units a few times and each transition has been smooth with consistently well-maintained and comfortable spaces. The amenities are convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the community is peaceful and welcoming. Well lit and working gates! What stands out most is the staff. October 3, 2025I've been living at Reserve at Garden Oaks and my experience has been very positive. The property is beautifully maintained, with modern design and clean common areas. The pool and fitness center are great amenities that I really enjoy.The community is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly and responsive.I also appreciate the convenience of online rent payments and the ...occasional community events that help bring residents together.The only minor issue is parking—sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find a spot close to the building at night. August 24, 2025I’ve had a really good experience living in this complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the residents are pleasant and quiet, and the apartment itself is spacious and well kept. The location is amazing for the price point with tons of great restaurants, shops, and local things to do. The only negative to the complex is parking availability at times and the gym and pool are a little too small for the size of the complex. Those things are minor in comparison to everything I love.
