        Management is never available. Pools are filthy. Apartments are barely renovated. Maintenance is slow to respond. Black mold in apartments.

        I've been a resident almost 20 years now, The current management team is by far the best. Communication is excellent, response time to service requests has been wonderful the last 2 + years. The apartments are super spacious, and we do not have any noise issues. I did not give a 5 star because nobody is perfect but if there was an option for 4.5 I'd use it here.

      • Horrible staff and conditions.

        I moved into this complex in Feb 2021 and within weeks of moving in I had a water leak into multiple rooms of my house that lasted over 6 months before the complex finally fixed it. Also after the leak was fixed I had mold begin to grow into the apartment from all of the leaks, This mold was confirmed by their complexes own maintenance staff to be in the walls and ceiling. No remediation was ever done, no considerations were ever given, and the staff could care less what is happening. This ...
        complex is not worth the overpriced rent, nor the headache or potential health risks that come along with their negligence.
