Friendly Neighbors, Amazing Staff, and a Great Place to Call Home
January 29, 2026I have absolutely loved living here for almost five years and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment! One of the best parts of living here is the sense of community — everyone is so friendly, and especially in the summer months, the pool is such a fun place to relax and easily meet new people or run into familiar faces. It truly feels welcoming and social. The staff is also amazing. I’ve had consistently positive interactions with everyone, and Nadia (the ...leasing manager) is always approachable, helpful, and willing to take the time to answer questions or address any concerns. Anytime an issue has come up, it has been resolved quickly and professionally. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and promptly, which makes a huge difference. I also love how convenient and user-friendly the resident app is for paying rent, signing lease documents, and submitting maintenance requests — it makes everything so simple and streamlined. On top of that, the location is fantastic with easy access to so many fun areas, restaurants, and things to do. Mixed Feelings
January 16, 2026The apartment has a great layout and is spacious. The craftmanship and finishes are not as nice as I would expect for the cost of rend and they look "not quite done." The hallways started receiving a touch-up and then were left patched but not painted. The closets have almost no shelving in them but are spacious. There are garbage shoots and elevators in each building which is nice, but I am not able to remove the "concierge" trash removal that I do not use. Not sure if this is local ...management or corporate - I'm still waiting after 6months in this apartment, for a $500 VISA gift card I was promised for signing my lease back in June/July. This was a special and it was reflected on my lease and I still have not seen this gift card which is disappointing. Maintenance workers are great (kind & professional) and reply promptly. The property advertises their Maintenance workers business hours till 5pm, yet the actual employees only work till 3pm - which seems weird and restricted. The garage is wonderful, and a welcome boon with the Midwest winters, thought I do wonder if there would even be enough street parking if they didn't have the garages. The garages are accessible and the property offers a grocery cart to help with unloading into apartments from cars. Access to the building is convenient, and there is handicapped parking just outside of the front doors of buildings. The property is pet friendly, with lots of convenient dog-bag trash bins and doggy-bags. Thought this isn't as a result of the the property management, it is the first time that that my dog wasn't terrified on New Years Eve. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to several major thoroughfares.Property Manager Responded

If you have not received yours yet, please contact the leasing office directly so we can confirm your information and ensure corporate sends it promptly. * Our leasing office is open until 5pm -7 days a week. PC Maintenance technicians work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. After 3:30pm, they are on call during the week and on the weekend for emergency work orders/lock outs. Residents for 5 years
January 13, 2026Since March of 2020, my husband and I have proudly called Prairie Centre home. We moved in with our senior dog and have always appreciated how truly dog-friendly the property is—from the nice dog park to the welcoming atmosphere overall. The swimming pool has also been a wonderful amenity during the summertime. We’ve only had a few minor maintenance issues over the years, and whenever we’ve submitted a request, the maintenance team has always responded quickly and efficiently. We’ve even rented ...the clubhouse once for a family holiday party, and it worked perfectly for our gathering. Nadia was very helpful during the move-in process and with any questions over the years. We currently rent a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and really enjoy our outdoor porch—it’s such a nice bonus space to relax. Great Location, New Development, and Caring Staff
January 13, 2026Living here has been an amazing experience! Being a new development makes such a difference—everything feels modern, clean, and safe. The amenities truly stand out. The gym is huge, well-equipped, and always spotless, and the clubhouse is incredible. It’s always open to residents, and the third floor is perfect for hosting social gatherings and community events. The location is another huge plus. We’re close to multiple stores, grocery options within walking distance, and a beautiful forest ...preserve nearby, which makes summer walks especially enjoyable. Management Problems
January 4, 2026The management personnel that run this property is slow and very unorganized. They make simple situations more difficult and do not work with the tenant when a problem occurs. A Mother's Perspective
August 3, 2025My son recently relocated to this property, and I must admit, I had my concerns. The area is rapidly developing, with easy access to Chicago via the Metra train. Coming from a small farming town where my husband and I know our neighbors well and hardly ever lock our doors, we initially felt anxious about his move. However, our worries quickly dissipated! My husband and I had the chance to visit our son at Prairie Centre, and we were truly impressed by the beauty and comfort the property ...provides. His apartment, situated on the second floor, felt like a private oasis. The buildings feature secure double-door entrances and a monitored mailroom with video surveillance. The hallways were fresh, clean, and quiet, making me feel like I was in a resort in Mexico as I walked through. The apartment itself was stunning, complete with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and flooring. He also enjoys his spacious balcony for his array of plants and flowers. The clubhouse is three stories high and impressively large, offering a variety of amenities. It includes a reasonably sized gym, a movie theater, a yoga studio, and a lounge area with pool and card tables, all overlooking a gorgeous pool. As a mother, I began to feel more at ease witnessing the safety features in place. Every door was secure and required key access, there were emergency police pull alarms on the walls for urgent situations, and I noticed several police officers patrolling the property during our brief stay. One evening, I had the opportunity to meet Nadia, the property manager. I introduced myself, fearing she might think I was an overly protective mom, but she greeted me with grace and understanding. She, too, has young adult children and took the time to reassure me by sharing insights about the additional safety features the property offers. Thank you, Nadia, for your comforting words. If you're seeking reassurance about your college-aged child living in this property, look no further. This place is impeccable, with clean and quiet apartments. The property manager was wonderful to talk to and ensured our son could reach out to the office with any questions. Unlike many other apartment complexes in the area, which rely on answering services, having a real person – a fellow mom – made me feel much more secure. Feels Like Home While We Look for a Home!!!
December 21, 2023From a Teen Living at The Reserve at Prairie Centre: Living at Prairie Centre has been an amazing experience for me and my younger brother! My parents live in separate place now - I'm sensitive and my brother doesn't like change. So when we learned that it was going to take longer than we thought to move into a house my Dad told us we would be getting to live in a new complex with a lot of extras. Our unit is very close to the Geneva Commons and downtown Geneva - I love having girlfriends sleep ...over to enjoy the theater and pool. I love all the people that live here and adults that run the building. I've always felt so safe and protected. I love going to the gym to workout, especially when its cold outside! Amenities include a gym and exercise room I frequent, as well as a social lounge I hope to utilize more often and host future events. Staff are very friendly and easy to contact in case of any questions Things to be aware of: there is a decent amount of construction occurring as the area expands.
