July 17, 2025I pay for pest control as part of my rent again my apartment always has cockroaches in it. I pay for the trash pick up and the trash sits there for days. I have had maintenance come up to my building for them to look at my AC. All I did was vacuum up the water and left.Review from Apartments.com

July 11, 2025If you want respect as a paying tenant, this place is not for you. Don’t let the cheap rent and the “renovated” units trap you. The first year living here was great, but the second year it has been the absolute worst. I’ve had water damage in my unit since 2024 and they have purely neglected it and do not care. All they’ve done is paint over the damage, while also getting that paint all over my floors and personal belongings. Mercedes and the rest of the staff come across as professional and ...caring, but they are quite the opposite. They do not care about you once you’ve become an established tenant. The amount of bugs I get is INSANE too- I find them everywhere and it’s absolutely disgusting. The main problem are roaches and these big bugs that I don’t even know what they are. The pool just opened today (7/11), and the property is falling apart (all except for the leasing office and community center ofc). July 5, 2025I've lived here for less than six months, and it's been a consistently disappointing experience. Maintenance is completely unreliable and incapable of resolving even basic issues. The office staff is disorganized and rarely able to provide clear answers. The property itself is poorly maintained—trash valet is inconsistent, and overall upkeep is lacking. The property management seems more focused on collecting rent than supporting residents. The property manager is unresponsive to messages or ...emails, making it nearly impossible to get help with concerns.
