February 25, 2025Not impressed I was told conflicting information that wasted my time. I can see an upgraded 2 bd townhouse and was shown a model on the second fl. Then I was told that there weren't any upgrades available. Accurate information helps you and me make things simpler during this stressful process. The property was not clean we had to drive to the apartment when usually they have gold carts. It just did not seem well kept and the office personal did not seem excited to show a potential unit.Review from Apartments.com

January 29, 2025We have had a huge whole in our ceiling for over a year now that was caused by the roof leaking and despite the multiple maintenance request and even reporting to Charlotte Meck Code enforcement, the problem has not been resolved. The property management doesn't care about their tenants they won't have pest control treat all of the units for bugs and now because of this we have roaches despite us keeping a clean apartment. The pest control company has mentioned that they asked to be able to spray ...all of the units but were told "no". This is crazy because all of the pipes are connected so an infestation in one apartment cauaes problems in all of them. If my son wasn't graduating this year and finding affordable living in Charlotte wasn't hard I would move. This will be my last year here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 17, 2025Poor maintenance I have lived in my apartment for 15 years. I am now considering signing a new lease. It is due next month. Recently I have been getting fed up with the maintenance department. They don't speak English you try to explain something and they don't understand. Recently I had an issue with a door falling down and a plug in A bathroom sink which was no longer connected to the rod. I called several times no response. I went on line and put that request into the system. No response I put ...it in again no response. I've been having a lot of issues with my refrigerator. I have called three times no response. I called the maintenance office and I called the leasing office no response. November 6, 2024Amenities / maintenance There are no gym hours posted. I can’t get in to use the computers I can never access the amenities I pay for after work. I can’t access it on weekends. How do you plan if the hours are not specified? Over the time I have been here maintenance has been a nightmare. August 1, 2023I lived here for 2 years and this complex is dirty both inside and out. My breeze way contained trash, appliances that were not picked up, birds nests, wasp nests, filthy rails, walls and more. These apartments are roach infested and the plumbing is horrible. My toilet never properly worked/flushed and my sink stayed stopped up. Maintenance was wither no help at all, or never showed up. Everything was sloppily painted over upon moving in including light switches, wall sockets, torn doorways and ...the bathtub. Last Resort
October 30, 2022We have only lived here for 4 months and are dreading the next 8 months until our lease is up. Not a safe place to live, the neighbors aren’t bad for the most part and the area of the complex isn’t bad (you are close to everything which is about the only plus to this place). But i wouldn’t recommend living here unless you are okay with mediocre management, the occasional roach, moldy bathrooms and laundry rooms, moisture issues, unclean air, and hardly any amenities.Review from Apartments.com
