VERY Poor Business

They were never in office for my questions, they changed the mailbox and I could never get my new mailbox key because no one was there! I was never able to get my lease renewed and now they gave me an eviction notice because of it! They never even contacted me about my lease being up! They do not take care of their units! They are a terrible place to live!

The contact person(s) fail to give adequate information or provide the help that is needed. They will not answers questions effectively, and do not provide clear answers. The representative only gives you the runaround. The area manager isn't any better. There is never anyone in the office to answer your questions. If you did get an answer, the information is always different than what was provided to you in previous conversation. Poor Business Etiquette!
