Nice place with flaws
May 27, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is really nice with all the amenities and helpful staff. Beautiful view and locations. These apartments could easily be 5 stars but on the first two days of moving in, I had cockroaches coming from the sink and bathroom. Also it’s messy everywhere. Public trashcans are over filled , hallways are stained and elevators are dirty but maintenance do try their best to keep it clean. At night don’t be surprised to hear people blasting music from their cars / pool, the Smell of weed in the ...air and the occasional couple fights where cops have to come and intervene. This place has so much potential but some residents just do not care at all . It really is a nice apartment but I can’t wait to leave .Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

March 19, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI would like recommend it because the place is quiet, my apartment has a view of green, blue, beautiful day and night with lights, stars, moon. I would not like recommend it because the maintenance at the entrance and exit of the elevators is not adequate, it looks dirty and unpleasant to the eye, like the corridor that goes to my apartment.
