Many residents have had no ac for weeks, unprofessional staff with attitudes as well lack of knowledge knowing there job. Would not recommend. They literally give away people units to help their colleagues or friends & do not show up to work at proper timing!

Very loud partying at the pool area on the weekends at night. Music can be heard the entire block. Also, floors/ceilings are so thin. I can hear every movement going on upstairs.

There is no where to scoop your pets poop, so always walk with your baggie and prepare to walk with it for the remainder. Office management: I usually get Kaia , who is so very sweet and patient, direct and gets my questions answered to the best of her knowledge, but the Office manager Angel is never available for those unanswered questions (that gets annoying). I truthfully wish I had NEVER moved into this place. It is in no way worth what I paid. The bathrooms are not modern in any way and look patched together. The kitchen appliance are subpar. The amenities are useless to anyone with a job. Pool and gym are only open til 5/6. I had noise issues throughout the entire time. The office does not have it together. They’d call multiple times to verify something they had already called about. They never knew what was going on. My car was damaged. Parking is ...
terrible with people who aren’t residents. The renewal went up by hundreds of dollars when the apartment complex already wasn’t worth what was being paid. Please just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Overall I was not pleased with my experience at reserve at stone hollow. Ive had mold issues since I moved in and all they continue to do is clean the walls off which is like putting a band aid on a knife wound. The maintenance guy was ok with responding to maintenance requests but the issue never gets solved. Ive sent emails to the leasing office which Ive never received a reply to or a call back regarding any of my issues. For the amount of rent it costs to stay there I definitely wouldnt ...

Reserve at Stone Hollow would receive an overall rating of 4/5 from my family. They are conveniently located to lots of stores and restaurants. The facilities are kept clean and remain inviting. We do have one issue, but we are certain they are working as hard as they can to resolve it.
