September 18, 2025I’ve been here for 4 months and am extremely pleased! Fast response from maintenance the one time that I needed them. The folks in the office are friendly and very accommodating. Pet friendly with White Rock Lake in walking distance. Quiet and more importantly, safe. One thing that amazes me is that your Amazon package will be on your doorstep until you pick it up!Property Manager Responded

found mold
February 20, 2025I found mold growing in my apartment, including on the ceiling and vents—areas explicitly mentioned in the leasing agreement as requiring management attention. When I reported it and requested proper cleaning, maintenance merely wiped one spot and left others untouched. After following up with clear pictures, management became immediately defensive, insisting it "100% wasn’t mold" and outright refusing to do anything further. Shockingly, the manager admitted she hadn’t even looked at the photos ...before making this claim. Instead, I was told that if I “really cared,” I could buy my own mold testing kit and send it in to be tested. Frustrated by the dismissive response, I told her i would do just that which then led to her saying she would put in a request to get it painted over—the test results ended up confirmed three different types of mold. Even with proof, management doubled down, refusing to acknowledge any wrongdoing. What should have been a straightforward request turned into a frustrating, month-long back and forth just to get my vents properly cleaned. This experience left me deeply concerned about how management handles other maintenance issues. Their immediate defensiveness, refusal to take concerns seriously, and overall lack of professionalism make me question their commitment to resident safety. A renters worst nightmare
July 4, 2024I just moved into the reserve apartments about a month ago, I have a two bedroom two bath one bathroom works, most of my outlets don’t work, I have shelves in my kitchen cabinets that have not been hooked on and worst of all when me and my husband was cleaning our apartment for ourselves in the kitchen above the counters. We found food, ants and roaches that look like it’s been there for weeks or months and since I moved in, I’ve seen about 15 roaches and at the time we did not have our ...belongings out of storage for us to have brought it with us. My husband went to leasing office before the first of the month, I’ve called and went in person and I still haven’t heard from the head manager or the apartment management company. I don’t understand how they will let someone move in to An apartment like this, my mouth is on the floor. They will make the apartment look as good as possible with minimalistic work and have you move into any old thing. After the holiday, I will be contacting the Texas renters association. Because this can’t be life!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!Property Manager Responded

Don’t be fooled- NOT A GOOD SPOT
February 8, 2022This is really not a good place to rent. Mold and or mildew I’m the unit. Slow response to service order requests No improvements around the property however major increase in rent after one year of leasing ($240) No return phone calls or emails from management team. No access to club room or extra workout facilities after 6 o’clock. It’s only available during office hours.Property Manager Responded
February 8, 2022Hello Deon, we care and are concerned for your satisfaction, but the repairs were completed in your home and maintenance has been back multiple times to ensure everything was completed. We have found no trace of mildew or mold in your home since the repair. If you would like for us to have them back out, we are more than happy to, just please let us know. The renewal amount is in line with market rent, as those have increased this year with the rising costs of all supplies and services that the community uses. In the recent past, we have completed updating our fitness centers, added in coworking and individual office areas for resident use, and other upgrades as well. We are currently looking for a way to allow the upstairs area to be open after business hours, but due to uncleanliness and security issues, we had to close that area after hours.
