DO NOT MOVE HERE
October 6, 2024I’ve lived here for about 2 months now maintenance sub par nobody answers the phone when you call the front office And will not call you back if you don’t believe me I urge you to call and see for yourself took them a month to fix my ac I have 2 small children … they finally replaced my dishwasher at the end of last month once installed I asked the maintenance are you sure it works he then and I quote asked and said “Do you know how to work a dishwasher?” Me: “yes of course I know how to work a ...dishwasher” him: “ok then dont insult my intelligence” the dishwasher does not work …Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2022I have been fighting for 4 months to get a new fridge, I sent videos, photos, the Maintenace manager and leasing agent showed up and took photos and videos. Water is leaking all over the floor, ice machine does not work. I can't use 75% of my fridge. I have tumors and need access to ice always to help reduce my pain. We were quoted a newly remodeled apartment but given a different unit with problems and was not cleaned. I have submitted 9 work orders and they all say complete but have never ...stepped into my unit. I have cameras. My emails have been one sided all from me, all we get are excuses. There is trash all over the property, front gates are constantly broken, the trash is overflowing in the dumpsters the smells radiate out. When they read this they will know exactly who wrote this. If I could add photos and videos of all this, I would.Property Manager Responded

Worth the Price! Awesome Staff
May 31, 2022I loved living here for over 2 years. The office staff are very kind and helpful. They are always respectful and attentive. The Property Manager, Nicole, is the best! She was helpful from the day I first did a tour until the day I moved out. She even remembers residents names! I was walking to my car one day and she spoke to me, calling me by my name. It made me feel like a valued resident. They have plenty of fun activities to do during the month also. Everything was recently renovated so the ...amenities are very nice! The place we called home
March 3, 2019My girlfriend and I have lived here the last 2 and a half years. The apartment and staff have been the perfect place to live in that time. They truly care about their tenants and it shows from the leasing office to the maintenance. Any issues we’ve had living here were quickly resolved. During Hurricane Harvey, a lot of folks were trapped in the complex due to surrounding floods. The complex had food and amenities boated in for those who stayed behind and kept everyone informed of the state of ...their building for those who couldn’t make it in. The last few months the misses and I were traveling cross country for her birthday, when our toilet tank cracked and flooded the whole apartment. Not only did they correct the situation, but they moved our stuff didn’t throw anything away so we could go through it when we got back, and took pics of everything for our insurance purposes. We are having to relocate to Austin for Jon opportunities, but if that wasn’t the case we would be staying here in a heartbeat. Look no further if you are are looking for a great apartment, at a reasonable rate, with beyond excellent customer service. September 22, 2015My husband and two children, ages 5 and 3 currently live at the above listed appartment complex. I can't say enough good things about this community. All the way from the staff who always greet with a smile and are professional yet very warm and friendly. The Maintenece department is outstanding. They are there by the next day once submitted to fix any problems you may have and always with a polite demeanor. The grounds are kept beautiful as well as the gorgeous pools. The residence are friendly ...and always will to help when needed. I love the fact that the buildings are well insulated and we never here noise. A big quality is how safe we as a family have felt living here. All in all our experience has been top quality and we have and will continue to recommend others to reserve by the lake. new management
August 11, 2015Moved here almost 2 years ago and u have to say loved it for the first year then it has slowly gone downhill. We now have new management and office staff and they do not communicate well at all. Pool and hot tub is closed half the year and since the hot tub is inside the pool area you can't use the hot tub at all. My family will be leaving once our lease is up.Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2015I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 11 years. The apartments are beautiful and luxurious. The grounds are well kept and the 2 swimming pools and covered grill areas are a great place to gather and have fun with friends and family. The location just off the Katy freeway gives you quick and easy access to downtown Houston and a quick way out of the city and the awesome shopping and restaurants of Katy. Pets, especially dogs of many types and sizes, are welcome and loved. Decent Apartments
August 17, 2015Overall it's a nice place to live. It's fairly quiet, has ducks that roam freely, has a good lake view and more of a family friendly place to live. The price is reasonable with easy access to I-10, close to many restaurants, and about 10-15 minutes to Katy Mills Mall or Memorial City Mall. My only problem is that about 2-3 months after I moved in, there was mold that started to seep through the caulking around the tub. It's as if the mold was covered with caulk.
