Smoking
March 10, 2026I have lived at Resia for about two months. The onboarding process was smooth, and my initial visit left a positive impression. The building is new and the apartments are well-designed with thoughtful layouts. Unfortunately, my experience since moving in has been disappointing. The community is advertised as smoke-free, but the policy does not appear to be consistently enforced. Smoke odors frequently enter my apartment from nearby units and common areas, which has been an ongoing concern. I ...hope management is able to address this issue so the community can better reflect the smoke-free environment that was advertised.Property Manager Responded
