Beware! Barking dogs! Squeaky Floors!!

There is no elevator so have fun carrying stuff up! No dishwasher!! The worst part is that the floors are wooden and thin, so thin that you can clearly hear your upstairs neighbor walking from one end of the room to another. The best(worst) part is when they wake up at 5 a.m., it feels like they are walking in your room. Unfortunately, you cannot identify this problem when viewing apartments because every neighbor is at work! Plus there is also a problem with barking dogs which have been ignored ...

by their owners, so have fun trying to find a peace of mind after a long day of work. Too overpriced for this shoddy, falling apart place which lacks a gym and does not have trash disposal on the floor.

Although a bit pricey for the space if you are an on the go person who could use free concierge services, discounts to restaurants, services and more and built in utilities this is the place for you. It is close to the CTA red line and in a beautiful suburban area built conveniently into the city. Also close to the lake it's perfect for any person who leads an active lifestyle!
