Great Place To Live, Great Location!
July 12, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here for 1 year and am about to renew my lease. Can't say enough good things about this community. It is quiet, clean and well maintained. I've never had any problems with residents or the apartment itself. The one minor maintenance issue I had was resolved quickly and efficiently. They recently installed a playground and outdoor grill, which is very nice! The community is perfectly located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which cuts down on traffic noise. However, you ...are close to the highway, restaurants and shopping less than a mile away! I am picky about where I live and could have certainly moved after my lease was up but I am happy to call this my home and looking forward to another great year!Read More

Trish the complex manager is sweet, kind and super helpful. i have had zero issues with noisy neighbors or anything like that. the complex is well taken care of and there is plenty of parking. if you're a good tenant you have nothing to worry about here.

She is very sweet and you can tell that she really cares. Trish really takes her job seriously. When you have an issue with your apartment, they are pretty quick to fix the problem. Overall a great starter apartment.
not as good as they think
August 3, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThis place isn't as good as it looks. Yeah the apartmenets look fine but you have to like cigarette smoke and pet odor. The management team isn't very good here not knowing what she told you or had you sign. The A/C unit in there is fine if you like to spend all you time in the living room, that includes sleeping. because the air doesn't reach the master bedroom with it reaching almost 90 degrees, and that is with a fan blowing air down the hall way which u had to buy. The maintenance manager ...here isn't bad if you would like him to tell you how to raise you kids and always trying to find things on you so he can report it to the manager of the building, even though it doesn't state it in the lease agreement. I always feel like we are getting harassed and I have only lived here for 5 months. I cant wait until our lease is up.Read More

September 29, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at Residence of Milford Towers for almost 3 years. It is located in Milford, Ohio. The office staff are very informative and nice. The apartments are very nice with updated appliances. It is very quiet, very suitable for seniors or families with kids. It's pet friendly. They have a company come every 3 to 4 months and spray for prevention measures.
