Apartment complex Is the worse!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived here for a little over three months and they do not fix anything there is mold growing in my walls the ceiling is falling apart where i have a bad constant leak the leak makes my carpet wet and all they tell me os that they will send my issues to the property manager and to be patient i hate it here!

Let me back up I arrived 30 minutes early and was told I need to come back at my appointment time came back at my appointment time not only was there a sign on the door saying at lunch we'll come back in an hour but then I had to bang on the door and when she finally came to the door she had me wait for over 5 minutes outside the door never inviting me into the office only to ...

This apartment sucks!!! I’ve been here a little over a year and I think they’ve been through 3 owners of the property. Nothing gets fixed and trash everywhere. I’m not resigning my lease so my rent went up 100 which I’d fine but I’m looking for a better place

Hello,
I've lived here for a year and I chose this apartment because I was excited about the swimming pool, and the gym. During the summer I called and asked when the pool would be open and the lady at the front desk said it probably wouldn't be open at all for the summer. I also spoke with neighbors who had been here for several years, and they advised me that It hasn't been open for 3 years. I also called about the gym and was told: "yes, of course, we have one". I went there and the door was ...
locked, and it appeared it hadn't been open for years as well. It was a disappointment because I chose the apartment because I've never had an apartment with a pool and a gym and none of that was available to me.
When I first moved into my apartment it was not cleaned. There was dust on the stove and gnats in the fridge. Hair was clogged in the sink, and there was hair that was painted into the walls in the bathroom, that I have yet to touch or remove due to it not belonging to me. I ended up pulling the hair out of the sink, which was disgusting because my water would not go down. The maintenance tried to blame it on the previous person who lived there, however, it is the apartment's responsibility to clean the apartment before I move in. The maintenance team did move quickly to resolve the gnats and dust. I did take care of the sink on my own. Whenever I felt like pests were an issue, the awesome pest control showed up!
The lights outside of the building went out and they tried to fix it but did it the cheap way by providing solar lights, and or sensory lights that turn on when you walk by. I caught many of my neighbors using their flashlights to carry groceries upstairs. The lights stopped working in March, it is now October and still hasn't been fixed.
A lot of stray cats.
Now, it's not all bad. It may not be the glitz and glamour, like in the photos, because that pool looks nothing like this! But...
The maintenance team is on point! They always show up when I need assistance. It is a quiet apartment complex for the most part, and I know my neighbors and feel safe. My packages were never touched, and I like Alicia, the manager. The apartment space is nice, affordable and comfortable.

Well to start I'm a divorcee and i wanted to move for a fresh start, and i picked up the pieces and moved in with my best friend and family well as a few months in I need to work because I knew that I wanted my own space and I searched day and night on the internet for work and a place I could call home. I landed that job worked a few months trying to save to move well my best friend and her family decided to move also. I was in distress because i haven't found a place yet well i had to move in ...
with a close relative only to get to the point i really need a place i could call mine. That meant i had to take on another job two full time jobs to save seem like that was not enough getting an apartment. So just when my life change i was praying asking God what direction to take and out of nowhere my phone rings.Lady says Monica this is Jackie from Willow Creek Apts. are you still looking for a place? I almost dropped the phone I was in shock, disbelief, and tears I said yessss ma'am I am! Long story short I came and looked at the apts and was convinced this would be called my new home I moved in a week later due to they had to paint and carpet it. My stay here is great quick to the expressway and stores I rated this place average because it gave me a chance to get back on my feet and i have a pretty nice size bedroom. Think if I had to move I would look for a duplex or town house due to the fact nobody would be over me for noise purpose but overall stay has been pleasant!

Nothing I've needed fixed is fixed in a quick fashion. Some things have taken 5 months to even address physically. 75 percent of what I need fixed has not been fixed as of late. Not the greatest experience.
More Cons than Pros!!!

Pros:
* O.K. price when you consider the location, look of the apartment, amenities, etc.
* It's a good looking apartment compared to the other apartments around the price range in Columbus.
* The amenities are pretty good as well, although I never use them. (I suggest that you look around first, because you're mainly just paying for the convenience)
* The apartment building host an annual pool party every summer, with free food, drink, and alcohol.
Cons
* Extremely rude staff. (On one ...
occasion, I owed about 5 cents on my rent after a simple mistake on my money order. Instead of letting me just pay the "pocket change", they actually tried to charge me late fees, which were about $70.)
* Roaches, Everywhere. (They charge you monthly for pest control, but they really do anything, so be prepared to buy a lot of Roach bait and killer)
* Possible thieving repairmen. (I read another review, in which they stated they had a few thing go missing. In my case, I've had a few of video games go missing)
* No insulation and the A/C doesn't work. (It's 100 degrees outside, literally! Enough said.)
* Forced cable subscription. (Your cable subscription is included in your rent, but not your base rent. It's an extra $60 added on, which is a good price for all the channels you receive, but if you want to switch to another provider, you still have to pay the additional $60.
* 3 Day grave period. (Other apartments offer 5 to 10 grace periods.)
* Very Thin walls. (I shouldn't be able to hear my neighbors everytime I go my bathroom or kitchen.)
Overall, it's not so bad, compared to the other apartments I viewed Columbus, and to be honest, they are getting better.
