A group of us recently requested 75 plus Bingo cards and a Bingo cage. We told Managemnt that we wanted to have Bingo nights on Fridays in the beautiful community room we have here. We didn’t think Management was going to buy it for us because it was a lot of cards we were requesting. A couple of days after the request, we received a notice from Management that the Bingo Cards and Bingo cage are in the community ready for use. I was extactic!! Other Management Companies get annoyed by the ...

residents but here in the Mill 10, they always have a smile and they are always helpful no matter how much we bug them. The staff here prioritize in making us residents happy and providing us with the best. Thank You Residences at Mill 10.

Manager is friendly and approachable. She never makes you feel like she don’t want to be bothered. Maintenance gets the job done very quickly and he always keeps the building clean. The residents here are very friendly. This is its own little community and we are all like family. It’s sad that a couple of residents have to move out because of their rent increasing.

What an amazing place to live! Mill 10 combines luxury with the rustic charm of yesteryear..with all the amenities! The community room is available for functions, with a complete working kitchen, or if you’d just like to get together with neighbors and enjoy an evening playing cards or just watching a little TV. The staff here are also amazing..friendly and always willing to help. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.. this is our forever home!
