    The property manager is so unnecessarily snotty :/ we were respectful and she was so dismissive and rude to my partner he was taken aback. When I called you’d think I threw eggs at the building or just had a terrible unexplainable renting history. Other staff is nice. Small gym. Outdated balcony. Really close to a lot of things, walking distance. A gym across the street to makeup for the tiny one they had. Be sure to ask what will specifically disqualify you or you’ll be out of $200 lol. ...

    I have had an excellent experience here with Shana and Rock the maintenance man. Anytime I have anything to be fixed Shana and Rock always repair in a very short time. Most times the same day or the next day. I am very pleased with my apartment.

    Ended up with mold in our apartment due to maintenance not fixing something properly. They “fixed” it but it was just painted over. The apartment and complex was great at move in but the new management really is terrible. Glad I left.

    The apartments are nice but cheaply made. You can literally hear someone sneezing in the other units and track every step they make when walking. The property “manager” is VERY rude and lack of communication made it so unprofessional. This was everything from them receiving rent money and just posting noticing says it hasn’t been paid, ticketing vehicles for expired tags after talking and emailing recipes of the new tags being mailed out, and anyone being able to park in handicap even when ...
    someone needing the spot is there. Literally just avoid this place.
