January 22, 2026The process has been very smooth even with a couple hiccups. They were able to match a deal I was getting at another apartment complex, which made it an easier decision to make. There is security that rides around to monitor the premises. It feels luxury here, although there are a few things I would like to see to improve the property even more. January 14, 2026I like the apartment unit itself, and the maintenance team is prompt and friendly. My issues come from the gates and the feral cats. The gates are only closed sometimes. The tracks rattle, and no one will fix them until it breaks completely off. The cats are everywhere on the right side of the building and have urinated on my bike several times, so I can't park it in my space anymore.Property Manager Responded

The gates are open during the day and close on a timer after business hours. unfortunately the 3 cats ( friendly) that come on to the property from adjacent communities, we have no control over. They enter through and over our fencing/gates. Please feel free to call animal control, maybe they will be of more help to you then us. December 25, 2025There are pros and cons to this community and both should be taken into consideration. Cons first, communication is terrible all around from all employees. Residences run businesses on the property going against the lease policy, work orders are closed without being completed, cars are stored on the property for months and months as a personal garage, residences have multiple vehicles and not enough bodies to drive them all, there is favoritism amongst the leasing office with residence, some ...are allowed to have two covered parking spots and others just one, the front gates is always left open. Weekdays and weekends, the time doesn't matter. It's supposed to be a gated community 24/7. Now for the pros, I enjoy my unit, my layout, the high ceilings, the view i have from my unit, the location is close to many things, the grounds are kept up for the most party very well, there is an actual walk in closet, the bathroom is very spacious, there is tons of storage in and out of the unit, I love having an actual laundry room and now just a foldable door if you know what I mean, the gym was newly renovated offering new and improved equipment. December 8, 2025Loud noisy complex. Dog waste stations frequently are out of waste bags. Maintenance denied replacing my dishwasher filter as they said it wasn’t a service provided. Ridiculous. The dishwasher has been leaking from the time of move in. They’ve done band aid fixes which has not worked. Business office got rid of the rent drop box and didn’t give any notice. They actually closed it then told residents. Terrible service you should give at least 30 days notice. Then this last month they ...implied they were going to get rid of check payments soon. My lease ends at end of March and I’m out of here.Property Manager Responded
