Don’t waste your time and money here
March 11, 2026Don’t waste your money here. I called and asked if they accept offer letter Kim said yes, we make the application and then they don’t accept offer letters. She just makes us do the application knowing they don’t accept it. This was for a family member who doesn’t speak English. I try to translate having my family member by my side and she just told me that she doesn’t want to talk to me a d she have more people in the office. Very rude. I have been a property manager for more than 10 years and I ...have never seen a team so unprofessional, rude and arrogant than this one. Also only communication they had with us was email and never did anything to help. Just let the time pass so the application can be cancelled.
