Love this Place...
June 24, 2024Recently moved in and relocated from Philadelphia, the entire process has been a breeze! Kenya has been extremely helpful and the place is beautiful, plus every common area including the gym (it looks really nice) is currently under renovation and almost finished! I also had a lot of shopping to do and this place was conveniently located less than 20 minutes from everything (due to the close proximity near major highways) and only 6 mins from downtown!Review from Apartments.com
Building is Falling Apart
February 4, 2023This building is falling apart. The air conditioning and heat stop working often, and appliances are outdated and breaking and replaced with cheap replacements. Garage floor is cracking and uneven. Washer and dryer are way too small.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid this Building - Management Issues
September 25, 2015I rented an apartment in South High on 10th Street. The units were nice, but there were frequent problems with the building including air conditioning outages, common areas left dirty for weeks, broken gas grilles, and most annoying, fire alarms that would go off several times a week, if not daily. After a year, I moved out, however my security deposit had over $300 of deductions taken from it including repairing holes in the walls that were made by the building manager to hang my pictures, holes ...that I was assured I would not be charged to fix. I was also charged with outrageous cleaning fees. I would strongly avoid this building and this company, there are lot of newer, and better run buildings further down Carson St.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
