Terrible place to live!
September 7, 2025Management and maintenance are terrible. The building isn’t safe because the locks on the lobby doors are always broken, so anyone can get into the hallways. The elevators break down every week and are always dirty. The hot water stops working almost every month. The place is infested with rats outside. A lot of packages get stolen from the package room since the lock there is always broken too. The building’s heater broke down more than three times during the winter, leaving the whole place ...really cold and taking a long time to get fixed. On top of that, management raises the rent by over $400 every year. I wouldn’t recommend this building to any family. Look for a better place to live.Property Manager Responded

March 19, 2025The building infested with mice and roaches. Instead of showing u the actual apt. The management show you apt with the same layout as yours. Meanwhile your unit infested. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE—WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
January 22, 2025I cannot stress this enough: avoid this property at all costs. Since the moment I moved in, I’ve dealt with unrelenting issues that the property management has failed to address. Let me give you a detailed breakdown of why this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in: 1. Water Drain Issues The pipes here are a disaster. As shown in the photo, water backs up in my bathtub, bringing with it dirt, bacteria, and who knows what else. This is an ongoing issue that I’ve reported multiple times, but ...the management has done nothing to resolve it. Imagine coming home to a bathtub filled with disgusting, unsanitary water—it’s a health hazard, plain and simple. 2. Persistent Pest Problems Despite the management’s so-called “efforts” to address pest control, the apartment is still infested. I regularly see mice and cockroaches in my unit, which is beyond disgusting. No amount of extermination attempts has resolved this issue. If you value cleanliness and don’t want to live in constant fear of pests, stay far away from this place. 3. Filthy Trash Room The trash room is absolutely vile. It’s consistently dirty, and the smell is unbearable. The management doesn’t seem to care about maintaining basic hygiene standards. It’s an eyesore and a nose-sore every time you pass by. 4. Negligent Management The property management is completely unresponsive and negligent. They don’t take tenant complaints seriously, and they don’t fix anything. Every problem I’ve reported has been met with delays, excuses, or outright indifference. It’s clear they only care about collecting rent, not providing a livable environment. 5. Mental Toll Living here has been an absolute nightmare for my mental health. The constant issues with water, pests, and cleanliness, combined with the management’s neglect, make this place unlivable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Final Warning Do yourself a favor and believe the negative reviews you see online—they are 100% accurate. This property is a complete disaster, and no one should have to endure what I’ve gone through here. All they want is your money
January 25, 2024The building is very old, the elevators break down every week and take months to fix, the hallways and the entire building are dirty, the maintenance is very poor and you have to pay for everything. Every week the fire alarm rings and you have to get up at dawn. If you move out early you have to pay $2,500 and they keep your security deposit even if your apartment is in good condition. Would recommend staying away
November 14, 2023Seems like a decent apartment until you move in. It is almost impossible to get any issues resolved. We had a lock to get into the apartment break (the locksmith confirmed it was a problem with the lock)…multiple calls and emails and no one came out so we got a locksmith to come. Trying to get that reimbursed is nothing but unreturned calls and emails. A complete run around. Then they add on random fees and when you call and email to find out what they are…again…no return calls or emails. It’s ...like the staff is skilled in deception and avoidance. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
November 8, 2023The first day we moved in I saw so many roaches, in the refrigerator, on the counters, in the bedroom. I was mortified. Little did I know things would only get worse. Mice were our next visitors. When we told management, they said they knew nothing about these rodents. The exterminator they sent did nothing but a few sprays. Just this month we had no heat or hot water for so many days that the City of Stanford temporarily condemned our building. Please go elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT RENT HERE
August 1, 2023PLEASE, DO NOT RENT HERE! I am a current tenant in this building (1425 Bedford St), and it is really a disappointment living here. To make this post short, I will enlist the issues I had encounter in this building: 1. Multiple packages STOLEN from the "secured" packaged room. The last time this happened my packages where ripped opened in the same packaged room and every item was stolen. When I complained with the manager office, they did not even bothered to check the " security camera" inside ...this room. 2. I have been living in this building for 8 months, and one of two the elevators have been broken for the last 6 months. It sound crazy, but it takes me more time get from my apartment to the parking lot than the commute to my work. Have in mind that this building have 14 floors. 3. We here only 1 month living in the apartment, and the ceiling of the bathroom collapsed. They toke 10 days to fix this issue. We had to use the bathroom and washer on our local gym. 4. There are people that smoke cigarettes inside the main lobby of the building. 5. The main fire alarm goes off at least 1-2 times per month (evacuation to street needed. 6. June 11, 2023Beware of this apartment complex! The service here is absolutely abysmal. The management team is disorganized and unresponsive. I've had numerous maintenance requests that were ignored or took weeks to address. When they finally did send someone, the repairs were shoddy and incomplete. The leasing office is hardly ever open during convenient hours, making it nearly impossible to get assistance or ask questions. On top of that, they never follow through on their promises.
