Management and maintenance are terrible. The building isn’t safe because the locks on the lobby doors are always broken, so anyone can get into the hallways. The elevators break down every week and are always dirty. The hot water stops working almost every month. The place is infested with rats outside. A lot of packages get stolen from the package room since the lock there is always broken too. The building’s heater broke down more than three times during the winter, leaving the whole place ...
really cold and taking a long time to get fixed. On top of that, management raises the rent by over $400 every year. I wouldn’t recommend this building to any family. Look for a better place to live.
