Disorganized and Invasive
June 3, 2025The price is good and the location is great, but there is much room for improvement. I guess the company is looking to refinance so they have haphazardly scheduled maintenance on their units to have workers reapply paint and stucco on the outside of our units starting at 6AM. That is beyond unacceptable hours for a residential unit. Additionally, our unit is constantly being "inspected" by investors. This is the third time this month that someone is being brought into our apartment without ...permission. I understand that unapproved entry is probably disclosed in the lease, but this seems abusive at this point. These are just a few examples of the disrespect and disregard this apartment has for its tenants. We've renewed multiple times, but the service has plummeted significantly the last year or so.Property Manager Responded

Security Deposit
March 26, 2023The apartment itself was very nice. After my lease expired they increased the rent to $1500. I decided to move to the Grove on Main where the rent was less and offered more amenities. I left my apartment at Residences on First in pristine condition. It has been 3-months and I have yet to receive my security deposit back.Review from Apartments.com
It's okay
August 26, 2021Good apartment space. A bit on the small side, especially for the prices you pay. The neighborhood is up and coming but it's pricey to have a small unit near the railroad and on 1st Avenue, that people have been increasingly using as a raceway. The worst part is this construction. We've lived here since it was opened up, three years ago. In January 2021 they built three new buildings. Our parking was moved to the street. Our trash was moved to the community next door. It's loud every ...day starting right at 6am. Our rent has increased exponentially but we have no new services and we've had to deal with the inconvenience of construction for eight months now. We've been told that there's a pool, BBQ grills, and club house coming but they're still under construction and yet we're already paying for them. The new management company is non-existent. There's trash all over the community. There are electric boxes that the construction crew discarded in the parking lot, right next to your car. The sidewalks and entryways of the apartments need to be sprayed down. Our community manager is no longer here so the office will be open on a super limited basis while they find another manager. The office seems to be open more towards the end of the month to accommodate people looking at apartments, then it closes up on the first again, so if you need to pay rent, you're out of luck. Great Value!
March 12, 2021Pros: Great location & value. Close to light rail, Mesa Arts Center (now the location of the Downtown Mesa Farmers Market), Stainless Steel Appliances and stackable washer/dryer. I'm looking forward to the fitness room that they are currently building! Maintenance & Pest Control are awesome! They were especially helpful when I had a sewer roach issue during the summer. I learned this happens because of the old sewer system in this part of Mesa. I bought drain stoppers to prevent this from ...happening again. Maintenance & Pest Control were also helpful when a neighbor moved out and caused an American small roach issue. This was fixed within a month. Cons: The only Con is Parking (even before the construction). It's hard to find a spot near the building and I wish spots were assigned. Nice Modern Apartments/Great Location
March 12, 2021These are very nice apartments. They seem a lot roomier than what the square footage portrays. The kitchen is big and has lots of counter space. The staff is amazing and attentive to our needs. Work orders have been addressed in a timely manner. The best thing about the place is the location. It is close to so many things, for example, restaurants and activities. We do a lot more walking since we moved here. Would recommend this place for sure.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location! Beautiful Apartments
March 12, 2021What I love most about this apartment is the location. It is so close to so many things. I love that I can walk to many restaurants and little shops. As well, we moved here specifically because one of the top A rated charter high schools in Arizona is within walking distance. I do a lot of traveling and I love that I can save money on airport parking by just hopping on the light rail and heading to the airport. The city of Mesa is working hard to make the downtown area fun and safe, and it shows! ...During Christmas they set up the usual huge Chrimas tree one block from the apartment. So my husband and I would go on daily walks around downtown and usually end at the beautiful tree or the beautiful Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint Temple. We are one block away from the Mesa Arts Center, a few banks, an escape room place and more. If someone living here wanted to have their groceries delivered and could work from home, they literally would not even need a car! I could go on and on about the places we have walked to. The staff is so amazing! They are kind and easy to work with which I appreciate that. They have the maintentance crew respond to our work orders quickly and efficiently. March 1, 2021I have lived at this location for a little over a year now and love the location and my neighbors. This property has 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. The price for the apartments is spot on for the area. Although the amenities - ie.-pool, workout facility and dog area weren't included my initial rental agreement, the complex is expanding as we speak and will include some of these. The management staff responds to questions very quickly and is always willing to help if there is an issue that needs ...attention. Good, but...
February 18, 2021Super modern layout, very clean, great location, walk to downtown restaurants, the MAC, the light rail. Kinda far from freeways. Limited parking during construction. Loud traffic right outside your living room and bedroom. But the absolute worst problem is the sound between upstairs and downstairs. Vinyl flooring on all levels meaning if you have an upstairs neighbor, you WILL hear them. If you have a downstairs neighbor, they WILL hear you.
