    So far I have loved the residences on the avenue. I moved in a couple of weeks ago. I think the gym is small and could use more weights (bell bar?), the pool and roof are both lovely.

    I moved into Residences on the Avenue three years ago, and it has been an extraordinary experience! Located in the heart of the city, it provides quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, and riverfronts perfect for a morning jog. It is also close to Metro and bus stations, making commuting to work or other places quite easy. The facilities are high-quality and well-maintained. It features a modern gym, a cozy resident lounge, and a beautiful rooftop swimming pool with stunning views. ...
    They're simply amazing. However, what really sets it apart is the service. The property management team is always prompt and professional, ready to assist with any needs or concerns (a big shout-out to Sam and Wegene). Regular events are hosted, from breakfast to snacks, from Cinco de Mayo to July 4th fireworks, fostering a warm and welcoming sense of community among residents. In brief, I highly recommend Residences on the Avenue—A vibrant, comfortable, and convenient place to live and enjoy!

    Great staff. Living is comfortable and convenient if you work around the area. Apartment are comfortable and clean. Amenities are great and clean.

    Staff is really welcoming, the building is always well cleaned. The only issue is the heat in common areas is always so high even when it’s 90 outside which can be uncomfortable.
