Great location
November 8, 2025Had a very disappointing year at 925 Resort with a chronically inoperative or severely malfunctioning elevator (grinding/banging/jolting, two different residents got stuck inside , we were afraid to ride in it). My neighbor got double charged by his movers when they discovered the elevator was broken on moving day. Management told us that they were "not obligated to have a working elevator". Suggest you speak to a resident before moving in here and take any management response to this review with ...a grain of salt. Buyer beware. Love this place!
May 16, 2025I've had the pleasure of living at Resort at 925 Main for six years now, and I can honestly say it's been an incredible experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a truly resort-like atmosphere. The recent landscaping updates look fantastic—they’ve really enhanced the outdoor spaces and added a fresh, inviting feel to the whole complex. The location is unbeatable—close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, making it easy to get around. The amenities are ...fantastic. The pool area is always clean, and the gym is well-equipped for any workout. There’s also a great clubhouse where residents can relax or host events. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and an open-concept design that makes the space feel even bigger. Plus, having an in-unit washer/dryer is such a convenient perk! One of the biggest reasons I’ve loved living here for so long is the amazing management team. Jerson, Kim, and Maria are absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just a general question, they’re always quick to respond and so friendly. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community here. April 13, 2020We lived in a two bedroom for a year while in transition. Very nice apartment, grounds are kept very nice. Everything is always clean. Great office staff, great maintenance, great neighbors. Nice finish out in the apartment, granite counters and hardwood floors. Location is superb! First Impression!
July 3, 2019This review is based on my initial experience at the property. My husband and I went to view this property and was greeted by Ashley. When I say Ashley was so enthusiastic about her job, you can tell she loves it, and all the residents seem to love her as well. She was extremely patient while trying to figure out our needs as to what would be ideal for us since we are moving from a house to apartment living and had major concerns. I'm able to say this only, after visiting a host of other ...properties, no one can beat Ashley's level of service. At the end of the day, Resort 925 stood out not only for the quality of the apartment, and the location, right on Main Street. Did I also mention the apartments subfloor are constructed out of concrete, talk about a minimize noise from neighbors! Summer time
May 6, 2018If you live on the west side of the complex, be prepared to sleep at 75 degrees. The A/C is awful, I live on the top floor and turn my a/c to 76 during the day. I came home today and it's 78 in my apartment and won't get below 74. Can't wait for August. I'm happy to leave after this year and save.Review from Apartments.com

Air conditioning does not work in master bedroom; management refused to fix problem or transfer me to a unit with working air conditioning.
August 29, 2017Management refused to fix problem with A/C in master bedroom (feels at least 10 degrees hotter in bedroom compared to other rooms in apartment). Would not move to a similar unit that actually has air flowing in the master bedroom. Would not recommend.Property Manager Responded
