Highland Estates is an all inclusive senior rental community.Affordable luxury retirement apartments on a month to month basis with a 30 day notice period, no long contracts.This beautiful three story facility was built 10 years ago as part of a full service retirement service community on campus at Highland Village of Elko, which also offers assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care on the campus. Highland Estates all inclusive rental includes; two meals served daily, all utilities (expect a telephone), weekly housekeeping, maintenance on the grounds and in the building, laundry facilities, trash removal, satellite/cable TV, access control security, complimentary wifi, use of all the common room areas as well as social and recreational activities and outings. Access to a free membership to AJ's fitness on the campus is available for every tenant.
