Terrible experience. Unprofessional
June 29, 2024Upon moving into the complex my apartment was disgusting. Cat poop and cat food left in the garbage pale, bird poop out on the patio, the carpet was the opposite of clean, and the kitchen was not even wiped down. Fridge was sticky and the cabinets were filthy. 2 days after we moved in they tried to come in and paint my walls because they never got to it before our move in date. They never sealed the rear and front door correctly along with parts of the ceiling and walls which lead to bugs getting ...into my apartment. There were roaches in the apartment from the previous renter. We left numerous maintenance requests for the problem(BEFORE AND AFTER WEIDNER TOOK OVER) and it was never handled. A piece of my washer machine broke and I had to order the piece my self because maintenance didn’t answer. Given the filth I walked into when I moved into this place and the lack of communication along with how poorly the apartment was left when I moved in, I thought that maybe they could terminate my lease a month early since I found a new place closer to work and school. I have been ignored over and over again by the supervisor of this complex for months after speaking to her in person when she literally said “I will be in touch with you” and “we will definitely speak soon” and the agents working there completely kept me away from speaking to her when I called. They would answer once a week if that and when I came in they never even made an effort to let me speak to her. I have probably had over 100 calls just go completely unanswered from this complex. The amount of emails I’ve sent through the portal that were never answered is just sad. Absolutely unprofessional. So to end the journey with this complex I pay rent for the month of July that I won’t even be there, and I doubt they’ll even reach out about a security deposit. Thanks a lot guys. And I end up seeing this complex online and seen the steps on getting into the community and also, I saw the floor plan on the two bedrooms apartments. I see they had loft on some of the apartments and also that they had different view for apartments you can chose from as well. For the amenities that is install within the apartments it is worth the price they offer. November 14, 2022it is a very nice condominium I fell in love with its green areas from the moment I met it, the services such as swimming pool and gym are very nice, the garbage is picked up on time, however there are issues such as exterior cleaning that I do not see, so They gave me an apartment that has a very nice distribution, it is very nice, but the washing machine does not work optimally, the door of the dryer is broken, the mesh door of the partition does not close, the light of a bathroom does not ...work, a strong smell of cigarettes, etc. They charged as if they had given me an apartment in optimal conditions and I have been in this apartment for a month and they have not solved any of my maintenance problems. I understand there is a lack of maintenance staff but it's been a month here and I want my apartment in good condition.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management and Dirty Community

Beautiful when I moved in; disgusting under new mgmt
August 19, 2019Moved in a year ago. The management company sold it to Waterton in December. They began an "improvement" project that has left trash and litter everywhere in its wake and piles sawdust where beautiful trees and bushes used to be. Arrived home today to see a dirty diaper and pile of chicken bones at the entrance to the building. Tried to file a maintenance rrquest but the system was down. Leaks in ceiling, bug issues, plumbing issues, water heater issues
March 5, 2018This apartment complex is the worst please think twice before renting here. Since I have moved in there has been issues I pay over $1000 a month to stay in apartment where the ceiling leaks over my bed, hot water goes in and out, dishwasher is broken, old appliances and very snappy staff.
