January 22, 2022THE WORST!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!Tori will lie straight to your face and then try to get an attitude when you call her on the things she promised and doesn’t deliver. It takes days for emergency maintenance to respond to issues that cause the apartment to not be a livable situation. They won’t follow up about anything. They will give you a heat stroke in the summer when your a/c goes out constantly. And the only response they’ll have is “your second on the list”. December 7, 2017Since bought by the current owner, the entire staff left due to the way the company worked. The new staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. Maintenance calls take forever. Messages about work on the property isn't sent out, the facilities are dirty and your mail isn't delivered. When you sign up to get a text for a package delivered to the office they ignore it. They will be nice until you move in and then you wont be able to reach them again. Cars get stolen from the parking lot. It looks ...nice and people are friendly but its not worth the headache. A Hidden Gem
July 23, 2015This is a hidden gem tucked away in a secret place. When I started looking for apartments this one did not show up, then I was checking on my mother's senior apartment building one day and happen to run in to this place. It was like my feet were placed on a wonderful road that took me straight to a good place to live for my daughters and I. Hidden in a rich and plush green setting with golf cart paths for walking, jogging or just ridding. Quiet, peaceful and full of nature. I can sit in my living ...room and look out beyond my patio and watch the red cardinals and other various birds, chip monks, squirrels and even neighborhood Kitty cats go about their day all from my sofa. The staff is amazingly friendly and your service request is acknowledge and handled efficiently within 24 hours. Shopping is within walking distance and just 7 - 10 minutes from the interstate.
