Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting
September 5, 2025EVERY reason literally. Worst Service, maintenance is untrained and trashy, bugs, managers are worthless and don’t care. Can’t access my mail, fridge doesn’t work right, pictures online are absolutely not even close except their new gyn that you are charged for and no access.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in
February 5, 2025I lived here for all of 3 months before breaking my lease. The apartment they showed me was nothing like the one I moved in to. Horribly kept, smelled awful no matter how many times I mopped the floors and scrubbed the walls. I went 11 days in the middle of summer without ac even though I put in several maintenance requests and called the office multiple times. It was 92 degrees inside my apartment. When they finally came to fix it, it took them all of 15 minutes. They shut the water off to the ...entire complex at LEAST once a week with no warning. I keep a very clean home but even still, there’s a horrible German roach problem. They also tack on absurd fees to your monthly rent, including a $200+ water bill. I live alone, I definitely don’t use $200+ worth of water. I’ve never lived anywhere that my water bill was more than $80. The leasing office is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. When the time came to move out, they claimed to have “lost” my move in damages check list, and let me tell you, the damages when I moved in were extensive. It took them weeks to give me a key to my mailbox. I had things stolen off my porch 3 times. And the final straw, my car was stolen from right out front of my apartment. I talked to several neighbors who told me their cars had been broken into in the parking lot. This is not a safe or livable complex, and the management staff could not care less about any problems you have with your apartment. There is nothing “luxury” about these apartments. January 15, 2025I toured here about a week ago with a young man. I meant to leave this review right after the tour, but here it is now! The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Over the phone, I wasn't bombard me with tons of questions. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted in an apartment since this will be my first move from a house, but I knew I wanted a washer and dryer and updated appliances. From there, I was matched to a home out of the three different types of 2bed, 2bath options. Each one ...had different features inside but I was lucky to be matched with the one that both of us thought would be the best fit for me. The application process and lease signing were also super easy, with everything being sent to my email. I’m looking forward to moving in soon this will be my first apartment after living in a house, and I’m really excited for the new chapter! Thank you..Property Manager Responded

Do not recommend!
November 27, 2023Do not recommend it. The place had roaches, the hot water heater flooded the place, and maintenance came to "fix" it but it flooded again, still not fixed. Plus there are literal screaming fights at night outside and no one ever does anything. Would do less than 1 star if I could. Also, the show unit does not look like the real units, its like night and day so don't let it fool you.Review from Apartments.com
a sad mess that takes advantage of renters
July 23, 2023I called them several times when living here, emailed them, and tried going to the office but they would always be on lunch and never call/email me back. I wanted to move out, and they never told me what I needed to do as a result of being nonresponsive, but in less than a month i got a letter saying they sent $900 request to a debt collector. May 19, 2023Maintenance doesn't happen in a timely manner. (Still have holes in ceiling after 3 years) There are major bug problems. (Pest control spray's 2 spots and walks out) Not a wheelchair accessible complex. You can get in the front door and to the bedrooms but not the bathrooms. No grab bars in the bathrooms) Kids and teens throw trash everywhere. Few pick up after their pets (lots of pet waste every where).Review from Apartments.com
