Beautiful Community
May 2, 2023My family and I have been living here for the past two years. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Mike and Gabby. They help overcome our challenges in the beginning of our stay and went as far as giving us a new apartment to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. I see people complaining about having roaches in their apartment, I don’t experience it in mine because I keep my place clean.The staffs make a lot of effort cleaning the residence. I love that you’re close by everything, ...such as restaurants, supermarkets, I-85 etc… I would definitely recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Management sucks
October 5, 2022So I have been living here the past two years it was nice at first. I’m rating this a 2 because the maintenance people are on it. Although they take many short cuts. The management team is another story. Gabby the property manager is never there and Wakida the assistant always push issues and tells me to email the property manager. So one thing I wished someone told me. They run several programs in this complex and those clientele do not pay water and since water usage is per building you fit the ...bill. My water bill is 150.00 per month in a three bedroom when houses is not even that much. Roach ingestion and I have proof. If you would like to see it. No one is actually managing the property. They say no smoking, but there is smoking, grilling etcc which I don’t care doesn’t effect me but don’t put that on the lease if it not going to be enforced. The gym equipment has not been fixed and the gate is never closed. If an holiday happens to land on a Monday the pool will be closed. I personally believe we need someone who truly cares about their residents.Property Manager Responded

Community is changing
February 25, 2022This location started out great but now they are making many changes in the middle of everyone’s lease. First, there’s a group of individuals that take vans each day to and from the community. They wait in the front of the community at late nights 11pm-2am each night. It makes you feel uneasy. This is Monday-Sunday. Many of the people in the vans walk in buildings in the front and rear of community where a large number go into every home. I thought this was a family community but the different ...individuals don’t seem to be related. You do the math on what May be going on. Also, they’ve changed a policy where you can’t smoke vape/tobacco anywhere on the property. Including your own balcony or you will be put out. This abrupt change to the policy is not fair to tenured residents. Please run! It seems like it will only go downhill from here while they continue to increase pricing. Take a moment to visit the community and you will see the large groups of people that are entering & exiting these vans. The amenities are pretty good like the gym and pool as well as the car wash. But the way the community is changing, it’s not even worth the hassle and high pricing. Go at your own risk.Property Manager Responded

Beware of pointless charges after move in
February 1, 2020Maintenance is great, they come very quickly. Although, whatever price they give future residents, add $150 on top of that. When we moved in they still accepted money orders, now we pay online only but all of a sudden there is $30 activation fee for water, another $40 is you wanna pay with your card instead of bank account, then an $8 "billing fee", I mean this is ridiculous rather than just paying what they said we would pay i the beginning.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2020We have been looking for a place close to my job for a while now. Too many apartment complexes but not many we were impressed with. We ended up finding this place; Retreat @ Sweetwater, and it fit perfectly what we were looking for. (Name) at the front desk was very helpful in whatever we needed to do. Despite some complications we had, (name) was also very helpful on handling what we needed. The complex is clean and pretty quiet, just what we were looking for. Fantastic Team/Property Maintenance/Landscaping/Lighting and Infrastructure
July 3, 2019Retreat@Sweetwater is a fantastic property to live!! Beautifully designed apartment homes with breath-taking landscaping. Every week property is thoroughly cleaned and lawns mowed and flowers blooming. Well maintained parking areas and visibly clean hallways with EXCELLENT lighting throughout the complex during evenings to early dawn. The office staff is friendly, courteous. and helpful. Special shout out to the people who made my stay wonderful -- Smith M. (Maintenance--thanks for your ...professionalism, (and letting me know when I could expect your help) and keeping my A/C unit on point during the HEAT, Abby -- always the voice of reason and reassurance when I had a concern, Lissette--always quick to lend a helping hand and Precious -- for always taking the time address whatever issues arosed in a timely manner. Roach Infested
May 31, 2019Apartment is roach infested and nothing will be done about it. They will only tell you to request pest control which will not solve the problem. They always find way to keep your security deposit if you decide to leave. don't not move there especially when you have kids. They will be sick all the times because of the roaches. The place looks nice but the roaches are everywhere. Plus some of the staff are extremely rude.Review from Apartments.com
