I had visited friends who live here and immediately noticed how cozy and comfortable the apartments are — it truly feels like home. I also really appreciate that this is a gated community, which gives a strong sense of safety and peace of mind. What I love the most is that the community hosts parties and events for its residents. January 22, 2026I love it here. It’s nice and quiet and lots of woods. It is close to my family and close to my work. What a great place to live. January 3, 2026I enjoy living in this community, it provides a safe, secluded area where I can decompress from the world! It truly is an amazing grounds! I’ve recently been using the gym more often and have noticed the upgrades that were made for us tenants and I love it! Furthermore, I also enjoy the constant inclusion of the community done by the front office, they have always provided engaging activities for us to attend and I really appreciate it!Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2025I’ve lived at the Retreat in The Woodlands for 6.5 years and have loved every minute of it! It’s super pet friendly, the office staff and maintenance team are top notch in every aspect, the grounds are kept beautifully and the neighbors are great! The location is ideal (once construction on 242 finally finishes it’ll be perfect again), and the schools are very high quality in terms of education & social environment.
