November 8, 2021Between people revving their engines and blasting their speakers in the parking lot and the constant drug dealing and fighting that happens right in plain sight, you can kiss sleep goodbye. Also the person who moved in above me sounds like they are stomping the floor in stilettos all night. Complex won't resolve it, new neighbor wont work with me, police haven't helped.. You like sleeping with your window open? You won't anymore. Ambulance, fire trucks, you name it, they are always here at some ...odd hour of the night for God knows what. February 18, 2021have been complaining about the noise from the people above us for 3 months now. The office takes nothing serious and never solves the issue. I have complained over and over and they have only called the people above us once. They do not take complaints serious and I will not be renewing my lease here. The worst place ever!!!
August 2, 2020if i could post -10 stars i would. This place is not safe. I can't even go to my car when its dark because of the fighting and drug abuse outside. My neighbors above constantly overflow their toilet so i have urine coming from my selling in the bathroom. Flying cookaroches all over the apartment. AC stops working at least once in few weeks. The most amazing thing about this apartment complex that office is so great at ignoring your requests. And also, they will close the door in front of your ...face if you arrive at the office 5 minutes before they close the door. So one can leave his or her concern to themselves. June 18, 2019I lived in Waterside Greene apartments for almost two years. They were my first apartments in Greenville county and everything from the staff to the apartment itself was outstanding. The atmosphere is quiet,safe, and friendly. My apartment was extremely spacious and the staff were always welcoming and a delight to work with. Awesome staff, wonderful place to live
February 13, 2019My husband and I moved in about 9 months ago. We got a reasonably priced 3 bed/2 bath apartment in phase one (the older section of the complex). We went to visit the community, and by the time we had finished looking at the apartment, we knew it was right for us! The office staff and maintenance staff are all super people who go above and beyond to ensure that this community looks great, feels like home, and is cared for to the best of anyone's abilities. We've had to call maintenance a couple ...times and got a VERY fast response and fast solutions to our problems. The maintenance guys are the best I've ever dealt with in my life and the one time showed up at 11 pm for us, and fixed a hot water heater issue within a half hour. The office staff learns who everyone is and as soon as they see you about to walk through the door to pick up a package, they have it ready and waiting with a smile. We were able to recently adopt two much wanted kittens and that was affordable too! The management makes sure to plan monthly events for the residents, ranging from a crafts fair to sell their wares at, to cookouts and pool parties, to holiday dinners. The residents are a varied bunch but everyone has been really nice, and the noise levels are not a problem as they have been for me in the past at other places. We have plenty of parking, there are lots of facilites (gym, pool, storage sheds/garages for rent, pet walk area, etc), and the community is gated too. We love it here! I highly recommend you check out Waterside Greene. It's a wonderful community in which to live!Property Manager Responded
